We require 24-hour
notice for any date changes or cancellations for appointments and
packages; 72 hours for parties of four or more. There is a 50%
cancellation fee without proper notice for services, packages or
no-shows. We request that appointments valued over $45 be confirmed with a credit
card. Please have this information ready when you call to make your
appointment.
We are unable to render service to those guests accompanied by
children. Services are offered to children by appointment only.
Cellular phones are
strongly discouraged within the Spa.
In-store credit only on
all returns and gift certificates.
We recommend that
clients schedule their next color, haircut, perm, fill, pedicure, facial
or massage prior to leaving Two Rivers Salon & Spa.
If you feel you would
be more comfortable or better served by another staff member, or if you
would like a different perspective, please let us know. We are
professionals and are happy to have clients work with all staff members.
All prices are subject
to change and may vary by technician.
We accept Discover, MasterCard,
Visa and American Express.
Our last but most
important concern is you, the client. Please let us know if we can do
anything to better serve you. We are always open to suggestions. Thank
you, your continued support is the reason for our success.
As of January 1, 2010 we are no longer
accept checks. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank
